I've always enjoyed training and fitness, so after many years in the corporate world it was time to follow my passion. In 2020 I completed a Certificate IV in Fitness and began Personal and Group Training.
But, when it came to food I was never really sure how or what to choose to refuel. With so much information - where do you start? I followed suggested eating plans and fads for a while, which didn't help. So, my journey took me a Graduate Diploma of Human Nutrition (Deakin University). Learning science-based evidence I now nourish my body and brain with what they need to keep me working at my very best.
I've also found a love for Pilates, and am now an Accredited Pilates Instructor.
